RETURNS & DELIVERY

We accept the return of undamaged, unused or unwashed product for full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date the product was received. Items received will be refunded based upon the original payment method.
The customer is responsible for any additional postage costs.

We use Royal Mail for standard UK deliveries weighing up to 1kg. For larger orders please contact us for delivery options.

Our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 2 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays). This means you will receive your order within 2 to 7 working days from the date it was despatched.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days from date of despatch, please contact us.

WORLDWIDE

Please contact us for worldwide delivery quotes.
If the items you wish to order weigh less than 1kg in weight, we will send your order via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery. Please allow from 10-20 working days for orders to arrive.
Please note international deliveries may be subject to additional import duties and taxes on arrival. Any additional charges for customs or clearance must be borne by you. If charges are unpaid, your order may be returned and we will be unable to refund shipping costs.
If you do not provide clearance with your local customs office and the order is destroyed, we cannot refund product or shipping costs.
